It's been cold here lately-- almost 20 degrees colder than normal for a week or so now, but it's not like the Harbor froze over. 50 years ago it did! I didn't know they had video of it until I was linked to this footage today. Go check it out!
As per usual, PNWers are out there being weird. Bicycling the harbor? Like I would pass that up either???
